01 — Invincible Black Women

An outreach and group psychotherapy intervention intended to address the culturally-specific concerns of Black college women. 

02 — Sisters Taking Risks on Growth (STRONG)

A workshop aimed at providing Black college women psychoeducation on the implications of “strength,” as well as challenging them to consider how strength manifests and may be self-defined in their everyday lives. 

03 — Masks Off

A community outreach program intended to create a space where Black women can present authentically (take off “the mask”), engage in meaningful dialogue regarding the meaning of strength and self-care, as well as connect with community wellness providers.

04 — BWell Resource Guide

A curated online database of wellness resources that are owned by and/or specifically target Black women. 

04 — BWell Lab

A collective of scholars who conduct research centered on enhancing wellness and counseling practice with women/women of color, namely Black women (Principal Investigator: Martinque Jones)
